Carolyn J. Lockett, M.S. PC, Executive Director 
Carolyn is the Center Director.  She is holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Kent State University, a Masters Degree in Human Services and a certificate in Professional Counseling from Capella University. Her expertise is in counseling couples and women. Carolyn is the second half of the counseling team of Jerry and Carolyn who both provide team counseling to couples in marital distress.  Many couples feel more comfortable working on their marriage with a therapy team who has "been there, done that" and has workable strategies to help couples rediscover the joy in marriage.

James T. Carver, PhD, Clinical Consultant
Dr. Carver is a Licensed Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with clients coping with psychiatric disorders.  He has worked with regional hospitals and clinics focusing on excellent partial and inpatient hospitalization for mental health treatment. Dr. Carver provides input and consultation to the center as required.

Carolyn Evans, RN
Carolyn has worked with as a medical professional for over 10 years now.  She is experienced in case management, medication management and crisis intervention.  She is a registered nurse with expertise in intensive care.

Jerry L. Lockett, Jr., M.S., LPC, DCC
Dr. Lockett is a Licensed Professional Counselor certifed in Functional Behavioral Assessment and Crisis Management.  He has provided counseling to at-risk youth, adults and couples with proven results.  Dr. Lockett has expertise in marriage and family therapy, psychotherapy, psychological assessment and crisis intervention.  As a family advocate, he has worked with adults and families in the justice system with great success.  Dr. Lockett is licensed to practice in Illinois and Texas.  He holds a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Capella University and Doctorate of Christian Counseling from Kings Cross Victory Bible College.  He has worked with Autistic children, adolescents and individuals for over 17 years with proven success.

Professional Affiliations: American Counseling Association, NAADAC, AAMFT, National Board of Credentialing Counselors.
